Learn More About Us

Owned and operated by Dwayne and Valerie Vaughan since 2016, and in the same family since 2004, Fancy Gap Pottery and Fabric Outlet has been part of the Fancy Gap, Virginia, landscape since 1980, when it was constructed to resemble an "Old West" town.

Just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Interstate 77, this sprawling establishment offers approximately 45,000 square feet of retail delight with the rustic charm of yesteryear.

Here you will find a massive selection of silk flowers with talented on-staff floral designers, home decor selections, ribbon, giftware, pottery, planters, grapevine wreaths, clay birdbaths made in the USA, a year-round Christmas shop, and so much more!  This 25,000 square-foot building seems to never end!

But that's not all!  A separate 20,000 square-foot building houses a huge selection of fabric, sewing notions, craft supplies, and trim, all at competitive prices.  Quilters love us!

The property offers ample parking, including room for tour buses.  Plan your visit today!
